Memories

I was fortunate enough to complete the Hands exhibition outside the NLB before it closed because I learnt so much from the stories of the pioneers of Singapore. I think one thing that stuck out for me throughout was the theme of hard work. Those interviewed recalled tales from their younger days and how they had contributed to the current landscape of Singapore.

The next day, Fiona and I got to work with some members of the National Heritage Board on the Singapore Memory Project; the public simply had to write down their memories to be shared. I don't have any thing else to say because I think Fiona's photos below really speak for themselves.
